To fulfill our role effectively, we work with you two weeks before your wedding to create a detailed schedule, familiarize ourselves with your ideas and plans, and liaise with your other vendors. Each package includes a senior wedding coordinator who will be your primary point of contact for all wedding details and scheduling. The coordination assistants listed in our list form the team that ensures the smooth running of your big day.
